FireAI provides AI-powered chatbot solutions that can be embedded into websites via JavaScript CDN. Our services include:

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to FireAI. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing our services.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

AI responses generated by your agents are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy of AI outputs.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

FireAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FireAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
